Use of Personally Identifiable Information.

Please be aware of this risk when providing information via unencrypted channels. ISACA London Chapter will not sell or otherwise transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without the user's prior consent (except as may be required by law, such as a court-ordered subpoena, search warrant, or other court order; or required by exigent circumstances).  However, as with any Internet transmission that is not encrypted, the risk of disclosure to unintended third parties exists.

ISACA London Chapter reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior (on an aggregate basis) in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site and to inform sponsors of such information.

Cookie Technology.

ISACA London Chapter may collect non-personal identification information through the use of "cookie" technology and/or Internet Protocol ("IP") address tracking.
